What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

For standard OEM products (your logo on our existing models), the MOQ is 50 units. For ODM custom products with hardware changes, MOQ starts at 200 units. Prototype samples can be ordered as 1–3 units for evaluation.
What certifications do your products carry?

We hold 30+ international certifications including CE, FCC, RoHS, CCC, Google EDLA (Full GMS), KC, UKCA, INMETRO, EAC, and more. We handle all certification paperwork and can assist with additional market-specific certifications you may need.
How long does OEM production take?

Typical lead times: Sample production 7–15 days, OEM order production 25–35 days, ODM custom project 60–90 days. We provide real-time production tracking through your dedicated account manager.
Can I customize the software / OS?

Yes. We offer full DaisyOS customization: custom launcher UI, pre-installed app packages, custom boot animation and screensavers, MDM integration, private cloud configuration, and white-label app store. Our software team handles the integration end-to-end.
What are the payment terms?

Standard terms: 30% T/T deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. For established partners with good history, we offer Net 30 or L/C payment. We accept T/T, L/C, and major trade finance platforms.
Do you offer after-sales support and warranty?

All products come with a 3-year limited warranty. We provide: dedicated after-sales engineer, spare parts supply, remote diagnosis via DaisyOS, and on-site service coordination through our global partner network.
Can you provide factory audit / inspection?

Yes. We welcome factory audits and can arrange factory tours (in-person in Dongguan or virtual video tour). We support third-party inspections by SGS, Bureau Veritas, TÜV, and other accredited agencies. Our ISO 9001 certification documentation is available upon request.
