Interactive Flat Panel Displays: Safe by Standard, Proven by CB

Our interactive display family (65"–110") is designed for classrooms, boardrooms and control rooms that run all day, every day. Electrical safety is at the core of that promise. The series has been tested under the IECEE CB Scheme with TUV Rheinland to IEC 62368-1:2018 — the international safety benchmark for audio/video and information technology equipment — and fulfils the European requirements of EN IEC 62368-1:2020+A11:2020, the harmonised standard behind the EU Low Voltage Directive (2014/35/EU).

Safety is only half of the story. The displays are also tested for electromagnetic compatibility in ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratories: radiated and conducted emissions to EN 55032:2015 (Class B), harmonics and flicker to EN 61000-3-2 / EN 61000-3-3, and a full immunity suite covering ESD, radiated immunity, EFT/burst, surge, conducted immunity and voltage dips & interruptions. Representative-model testing (for example, the LT75 platform) is extended across the family through identical-circuit, different-cosmetic model coverage — so certification scales with your product line.

Digital Signage That Is Radio-Ready: Whole-Product RED

Modern advertising and information displays are more than screens — they are connected media devices with built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. For these products, Riotouch holds whole-product conformity under the EU Radio Equipment Directive (RED 2014/53/EU), covering sizes such as 32", 43" and 55" advertising displays:

• Radio spectrum: 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth assessed to ETSI EN 300 328 V2.2.2, with 5 GHz RLAN (EN 301 893) and 5.8 GHz (EN 300 440) where fitted;
• Radio EMC: ETSI EN 301 489-1 V2.2.3 and EN 301 489-17 V3.2.4;
• Health: human-exposure (EMF) assessment under EN 62479 / EN 62311 and EN 50663;
• Safety of the complete unit assessed to EN IEC 62368-1:2020+A11:2020.

Because radio certification covers the final product rather than a loose module, integrators and operators receive a display that is genuinely market-ready the moment it arrives.

OPS Modules That Carry Their Own Certificate

The Open Pluggable Specification (OPS) is where display and computing converge — and where quality gaps usually hide. Riotouch OPS computer modules (TJZ-I7XXX / TJZ-I5XXX series) are certified in their own right under the RED, with a certificate covering Articles 3.1(a) health & safety, 3.1(b) EMC and 3.2 radio spectrum. They are tested to EN IEC 62368-1:2020+A11:2020 for safety, EN 50663:2017 for human exposure, ETSI EN 301 489-1/-17 for EMC and EN 300 328 V2.2.2 for 2.4 GHz operation — backed by supporting reports for additional bands. Materials That Meet the Strictest Environmental Rules

Compliance is not only about electricity and radio waves — it is also about chemistry. Riotouch products comply with the EU RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU as amended by (EU) 2015/863, verified for all ten restricted substances (lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, PBBs, PBDEs and the four phthalates) through IEC 62321-series testing in accredited chemical laboratories. Our material declarations are complemented by REACH SVHC screening against the latest candidate list, so your own supply-chain reporting starts from a clean base.

A Portfolio That Speaks Many Markets

Riotouch documentation covers the requirements that matter where you sell:

• Europe: CE marking supported by RED 2014/53/EU, LVD 2014/35/EU and EMC evidence, RoHS 2011/65/EU + (EU)2015/863, plus IECEE CB safety certificates;
• North America: FCC compliance documentation for relevant models;
• Brazil: ANATEL certification for applicable displays;
• Middle East: IECEE acceptance documentation for Saudi Arabia on selected large-format models;
• China: CCC certification and national energy-efficiency records for the domestic line;
• Energy efficiency: the LT65, LT75, LT86 and LT98 displays are ENERGY STAR certified signage displays (listed in the ENERGY STAR certified product database, captured 2025), recognised in the United States, Canada and other participating markets — an edge in energy-conscious tenders.

Beyond the Certificate: How We Keep It True

A certificate is a snapshot; quality is a process. Riotouch pairs independent, accredited testing with in-process production control, and retains full technical documentation for at least ten years after the last unit is manufactured — exactly as the EU Declaration of Conformity requires. Representative-model testing, documented model-difference reviews and continuous re-verification mean the certificate you hold today still describes the product we ship tomorrow.

Certified Management Systems: Quality Is Organisational, Not Accidental

Product certificates prove what we ship. Management-system certificates prove how we run. Dongguan Riotouch Technology Co., Ltd. is certified by NQA (Testing & Certification Group Ltd.) for R&D, production and sales of LCD touch all-in-one displays (monitors) and electronic whiteboards:

• ISO 9001:2015 — Quality management systems (Certificate No. 129475), continuously maintained through surveillance audits since initial certification in 2012 and valid through December 2027;
• ISO 14001:2015 — Environmental management systems, valid through June 2029;
• ISO 45001:2018 — Occupational health & safety management systems (Certificate No. NOA1611445), valid through May 2028.

These systems keep design, sourcing, production and quality control under the same disciplined umbrella — and they are the reason our product certifications stay current year after year.
