What's New in v2.1
We are pleased to announce firmware v2.1.0 for the Riotouch RK3588 Smart Board series (65″–110″). This release focuses on stability, Google EDLA compliance updates, and improvements to the DaisyOS experience.

Compatible Models
This firmware applies to the following RK3588 Smart Board models:
- RK3588 Smart Board 65″ / 75″ / 86″ / 98″ / 110″
- Model code prefix:
RK3588-EDLA(check the label on the rear of your device)
⚠️ Do not flash this firmware on RK3576, V100 or ADV3683 devices — it is model-specific.

How to Update
- Download the firmware ZIP above and extract it to a USB drive (FAT32).
- Insert the USB drive into the RK3588 Smart Board.
- Go to Settings → About → System Update → Local Update.
- Select the
update.zipfile and confirm. The device will restart automatically. - Do not power off during the update (takes 5–10 minutes).
Alternatively, OTA users receive the update automatically through Settings → System Update in batches over the coming weeks.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will updating erase my data?
A local update via update.zip preserves user data in most cases, but we recommend backing up important files before flashing. A factory reset is only required if the update fails or the device does not boot normally.
How do I check my current firmware version?
Go to Settings → About device. The build number shows your current version (e.g. Riotouch_v2.0.3).
Can I downgrade after updating?
Downgrading is possible via the same local-update method with an older update.zip, but Google services may need a factory reset after downgrade.
Where can I get support if the update fails?
Contact hello@riotouch.com with your model number, current version, and a photo of the error screen. Our team responds within 24 hours.
